Inside The Client Service Centre

Supported by the latest Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology, our Client Service Centre answers calls and emails from both our clients and their suppliers, on subjects ranging from a quick update on progress to complex queries.  The team are trained in both Accounts Payable and Payroll processes and Customer Service and aim to answer 80% of queries at first point of contact.

Where the team are unable to resolve the query immediately liaison will take place with clients and other internal departments within NHS SBS to try to ensure the speediest possible resolution.  The focus is always on service and we are aware of the need to ensure quality of service is as good as speed of service.

All contacts with our Client Service Centre are recorded and monitored to ensure highest standards are maintained and a culture of continuous improvement is maintained.

The Client Service Centre deals with both Accounts Payables and Payroll enquiries.
