NHS - Shared Business Services

At NHS Shared Business Services we work with the NHS for the NHS - we work exclusively with NHS Trusts and organisations, and are well placed to understand the issues and challenges faced by our clients. NHS SBS works in partnership with clients to ensure that we strive to achieve the same goals and to share knowledge, experience and expertise throughout the NHS SBS client collective.

NHS SBS has a dedicated Client Management service and each individual client has a named client manager who will meet monthly with the client to review service performance, forthcoming service developments and strategic opportunities.

We provide a network of user groups to allow clients to share their experiences and discuss best practice with other users of the system. Where trends are identified we use these to drive our developments forward in a pragmatic, proactive fashion, keeping our clients ahead of the curve.

Working in partnership is paying off for both clients and NHS SBS.  We now have over 50 reference clients and our most recent client satisfaction survey indicated that 64% of clients would now recommend NHS SBS to other organisations.  Client satisfaction with NHS SBS has increased and clients felt that service was constantly improving.  We also have an ever-growing number of case studies available to show how working with us has brought benefits to our clients in a number of areas.

The NHS SBS F&A service currently works with 44 Primary Care Trusts, 6 Strategic Health Authorities, 36 Acute, Mental Health and Ambulance Trusts and 7 Arms Length Bodies, whilst the NHS SBS Payroll and Employee Benefits service currently works with 14 Primary Care Trusts, 1 Strategic Health Authority, 14 Acute, Mental Health and Ambulance Trusts and 6 Arms Length Bodies.  For more details on NHS SBS clients please contact us.
