NHS Shared Business Services is comitted to working in partnership with our clients. As well as assigning each client organisation its own Client Manager, we provide a network of user groups to allow clients to share their experiences and discuss best practice with other users of the system. Where trends are identified we use these to drive our developments forward in a pragmatic, proactive fashion, keeping our clients ahead of the curve.
Client feedback is vital to NHS SBS and periodically we ask clients to take part in a customer satisfaction survey. The results of these surveys allow us to prioritise developments and improve the services that we deliver in line with the requirements of our clients. To ensure we develop the right tools for our clients, we occasionally hold a client vote which enables our clients to put their business needs firmly at the forefront of our plans for the future.
NHS SBS clients are actively involved in developing services through our Client User Forums. These are regular events organised regionally and nationally and provide a platform for clients to share best practice, discuss issues and help shape priorities for NHS Shared Business Services.
The good working relationship we have with NHS SBS has been an important factor in the success of this partnership.
