How does NHS SBS work? Paper invoices received by NHS SBS are scanned using unique technology and entered onto our system. Electronic invoices are entered directly on to the system. Once there, invoices are available electronically to approvers within our client organisations, who can authorise invoices for payment online. NHS SBS then processes the authorised payment.
Year end is a less stressful time and the whole process to close accounts is a lot smoother and quicker.
