Patient Registration:
 
  • We receive and process registration information from GP practices so that individuals can be registered on the national system with their chosen GP. We create and send a physical Medical Record Envelope to their chosen GP so that the GP can maintain a hard copy of their medical history. We also print and despatch a Medical Card to the registered individual so that they can easily reference their NHS number.
